Denied care to our newborn daughter, and waited until the day of her first appointment to do so.Our daughter spent her first 2 weeks of life at CHOP due to complications. We were told that peekaboo will not care for our child because it's too annoying for them to have to coordinate with specialists.Now we are urgently trying to find a new appointment to begin normal pediatric care for our daughter.Pretty disgusting if you ask me.

Great doctor, and extremely thorough. We have continued to take our children to Dr Poblete even after moving to NJ, because of how comfortable we feel with her practice.

When this office first open they were incredible. The small staff was understanding and kind and made us feel heard as first time parents. Fast Forward to the last two year or so and I literally have nothing nice to write about this office. I just had to pay a $15 fee to have my son's records transferred!? This is unheard of, never have I had to do this to transfer doctors offices. Their new staff is rude and condescending. At my last visit the front desk person, I have no clue what her actual title is, was combative with me and her crummy customer service made me never step foot in this office again. I am so disappointed in this as I was their number one fan and cheerleader not that long ago. I would recommend looking elsewhere for your children's care and your sanity. The Dr herself is good, but the staff she has hired does not reflect how she conducts herself at all. She needs new staff members ASAP.

Dr. Poblete is an excellent doctor who is great with kids and parents alike. She always answers all of our questions patiently and thoroughly, without ever making us feel rushed. I love the fact that we can ask her any non time-sensitive questions via the online portal and she diligently answers those as well. We trust and value her advise. Our son is very comfortable around her too. Thank you Dr. Poblete!

Dr Poblete is amazing She listens to parents, is very open minded and inspire confidence without being pushy. She is firm but very personable Im very glad to have her in the neighborhood!

Always accommodating. Very thorough. Extremely accurate and reliable. Makes it a point to explain in detail every procedure, every result, every recommendation. I never feel rushed out as I did in most doc offices. My kid feels comfortable with her. She speaks directly to him which eases his anxieties about going to the doc. Love the office space - clean modern and minimally furnished. No dirty toys lying about, thankfully. Love Dr Poblete!

I have a 7 week old baby and we chose Dr. Poblete as our pediatrician based on recommendations and also her location (close to my home). So far my husband and I have been very very happy with her!!! My favorite thing about her practice is that she is super duper responsive. I'm a nervous first time mom so I'm always sending her messages asking her questions and she always responds in less than 24 hrs. I can also call her 24/7 if I needed to in case of an emergency. She also takes time to explain things really well and to answer all questions when you go in for appointments. The woman in the front, Lanisha, (in not sure if u spelled her name right) is really nice, and doesn't get annoyed when I switch my appointment date three times :) she's very sweet with my baby boy when getting his vitals. The building is clean, the only annoying thing is parking sometimes, but I've never had to park more than 2 blocks away (and dr Poblete told me to call if I was ever having trouble finding parking).

Absolutely love her! She treats us like family and she truly cares about the well being of her patients. I'm so glad we found her. Her office is a little bit of a drive for us but she definitely is worth the drive! Couldn't have asked for a better doctor for my daughter.
