My daughter needed a molar pulled, and Dr Kim and I agreed to try it without sedation but if my daughter got too upset, they would stop and we would schedule sedation. They wouldn't let me stay with her since I had 2 other littles with me. I heard my daughter scream so I went to the door to go in, then I didn't hear her anymore. when she came out, she was hyperventilating she was so upset. she said she was screaming the whole time and they closed the doors so I couldn't hear her.

If your child is afraid of the dentist don't go here! The staff is rude (except for the front desk receptionist) from the hygienists to the physicians! One would think they would be compassionate because they are working with children, unfortunately this isn't the case. When leaving the office another patient also agreed of the abrasive treatment from everyone involved. Life is too short to act like this! They need to close their doors and leave the pediatric care to someone who likes kids!
