From the moment I walked in to the moment I left everyone was amazing! I suffer from anxiety and depression and the doctors, nurses, and staff were all so kind and welcoming. They made sure that I was comfortable and relaxed before my procedure. Thank you!!!

Dr. Grossman and the staff that took care of me at Grant Surgicare for my colonoscopy were very professional and made me feel very comfortable. It was my first time having this procedure done and any questions or concerns I had were thoroughly answered and I was well looked after and taken care of. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Dr. Grossman performed my colonoscopy this morning. It was my very first one. He spoke with me briefly after the procedure to tell me what he did, but he also provided paperwork. The anesthesia went well, procedure went well and attending staff were wonderful. My absolute only complaint is the schedulers. There was much confusion about which date, I was told I was canceled (AFTER I had prepped) and I ended up being an add-on today thankfully. Nobody called to give me my arrival time. Before we pulled away, the head nurse apologized for the mistakes made by the schedulers and she said it will be reported and addressed so it doesn’t happen again. Overall everything went well.
