I gave 2 stars instead of 1 since Dr. Goodrich was very nice and listened to me when I went to see him. However, that is where the good care stopped. He had me go get an MRI, which I got on 8/5 at my local hospital. The hospital told me they sent the scans to his office on 8/9. It is now 8/31 and I have called his office 6 times to try to get someone to look at my scans and tell me the results. The first couple times I called they said someone would call me back in 72 hours. Then I was told it was elevated to the highest level since it had been so long and that someone would call me by the end of the day. When I called yesterday I asked to speak to a supervisor, which they refused to allow me to do, I was told that the woman I was speaking to talked to the supervisor for me and that the supervisor said they can’t guarantee anyone will call in any amount of time and that I shouldn’t have been told someone would call by the end of the day or even 72 hours. Apparently their policy is that someone will get around to it eventually and maybe call before you die of whatever it is you needed to get the MRI for. I told the woman on the phone that I hope that my scans don’t show anything that starting treatment 3 weeks ago would have made a difference for. I have never in my life experienced such poor care/treatment by a medical office, they should be ashamed of themselves. DO NOT GO TO TEMPLE JEANES FOR YOUR MEDICAL CARE.

I went for my first with Dr Goodrich and it was absolutely the greatest experience I've ever had with a Dr. He and his staff listened intently, answered all my questions and didn't rush the appointment.
