Dr. Ostrow performed a muscle biopsy for me and I found him to be a excellent doctor. He was very informative, professional and kind. He explained everything and I felt he really cared about me as a patient. His bed side manner is amazing and I appreciate his time and efforts. High recommend him.

He mostly talked, did not listen carefully, and failed to follow or appreciate the severity of my problems. For complex Nero problems, he is very scattered and disorganized, he is well meaning but just not a very responsible doctor.

Dr. Ostrow does not follow through on important findings. He is pleasant enough but not really engaged in sufficient patient care to make an appropriate commitment to follow up care. His decisions were in my case, based on a faulty assessment and memory of by history, and he failed to even get my symptoms correct. He does a lot of talking and doesn't listen. He treated me for symptoms I never had, and ignored my primary concerns. See someone else if you want consistent care.
