Maria Flores's Online Review Report Card

I went there on Thursday to get a review of my blood work test and some ultrasounds. They make me wait for almost 3 hours, second when I was able to see the doctor my ultrasounds results where not ready in the office, called that same day to get then I was not told that some other blood work was needed and other things. I was promised a phone call back and they never called me. Today in the morning I went in to drop some samples I went in and asked why I was not called back and they were not even sure if they received my results. I waited a few minutes and this lady with an attitude asked me to seat down because doctor was busy, for me to wait. I said I'm sorry but I cant wait I have to go to work again I was promised a phone call, they never call me back. I just called spoke to a lady name Lourdes it sounded like the same lady that gave a nasty attitude because I was asking for my results. She puts me on hold and then hang up the phone on me. I was trying to call back but to best luck the office was closed. Now I have to wait until Monday to get results that I was supposed to get yesterday. I will never come back to this office again. Doctor is very good but the service is very poor.

I came with severe abdominal pain and was seen same day and was diagnosed with intestinal obstruction. I was seen in hospital within 10 minutes and my surgery was done promptly. She arranged for the doctors to meet me in the ER and I am grateful fotr her caring and professional attitude. The staff helped us navigate all referrals promptly.

I am on dialysis and I developed a rash. No one figured it out until I saw her and she did testing right away that was so simple. If she hadn't spent time asking a lot of questions about my health- from head to toe- I wouldn't have found out how serious it was because of an internal problem I was developing.

Dr flores is amazing. Very passionate about her work and dedicated to her patients. I recommend her to any and everyone, she is an absolute pleasure!

I had dizziness and was rushed in and found to have arrhythmia and arrangements were made to be seen right away with cardiologist and had treatment right away preventing passing out or bllod clot in brain. I will be forever thankful.

Team was ok Doctor was Flores was great. she took time to speak to me in detail. I felt she cared...

i HAVE HAD DIABETES FOR YEARS BUT NO DOCTOR HAD SAT DOWN AND TALKED TO ME ABT MY SPECIFIC MEALS AND HOW MUCH DID THE MEDS OR INSULIN COVER, SO I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN HIGHER THAN NORMAL. THIS DOCTOR SPENT TIME WITH MY FOOD DIARY AND WENT OVER MY CHOICES WITH IDEAS TO SUBSTITUTE HEALTHIER FOODS. THANKS TO THAT, TODAY MY BLOOD SUGARS, MY CHOLESTEROL AND MY BLOOD PRESSURE IS IN NORMAL RANGE. WHENEVER THEY HAVE THE DIETITIAN/NUTRITIONIST SEMINARS IN OFFICE, I ATTEND. THE MEALS THEY SERVE ARE FULLY EXPLAINED IN NUTRITIONAL VALUE. I DON'T SEE OTHER DOING WHAT SHE DOES.

I have known her for over 8 years and she's knowledgeable, caring and will refer you appropiately to the best specialists for your conditions. I have never ben rushed when I'm having my visit with the doctor. She also speaks Spnish and my mom feels that she truly can be understood in her own words. Staff is pleasant and when my mom comes in they bring her into back office to expedite her visit so she doesn't have to wait too long. The office is busy but you are not a number there.

Waiting time in waiting room is horrendous before being called into treatment room then more waiting appointments should be done away with and should be a first come first serve since you have a long wait either way Dr FLORES is a Fantastic Doctor but I believe she needs a Strong Office Manager to streamline the waiting time for the patients and this will Greatly improve patient relations

Incompetent and rude office staff. Billing issues and "she said, he said" rhetoric. Do not see this office.
