List of Maria Mazzotti's Reviews
She does not listen, spend time with her patients, or give any attention or information when you see her. She is not proactive with her patients health. If you have any health issues, stay away!
She is so intelligent. Dr. mazzotti listens and treats all her patients with love and care
I've been going to this location for about four years and love it. 2013-2014 there was a receptionist that was a little rude, but the exceptional service given by anyone else during that time was worth it. Ever since, all staff has been extremely sincere and helpful with literally anything big or small. Every care provider that I have seen has been very understanding in any illness or discomfort I have gone in for and went above and beyond to find an answer multiple times. I recommend this practice and its providers to everyone I meet (and have argued with a few people if they have disagreed :p ).
I can see where some reviewers have said that Dr. Mazzotti is down to earth and spends time with her patients. That has been my experience, but I would not at all recommend this doctor. She does not follow-up and really seems not to care one bit about her patients. She is distracted and seems constantly preoccupied and rushed. She has only once called me back with test results, and that was after over a week's wait and after I had sent many messages. Otherwise she seems to rely on her colleagues to do this for her. She forgets to call in prescriptions and has read insurance approvals incorrectly, one almost resulting in me getting a test that was not approved and would have cost thousands of dollars had my insurance not called me to let me know. The strangest thing about Dr. Mazzotti in my experience is that she seems to expect that her patients will take as little interest in their own cases as she does. After leaving a message on my phone about my needing a biopsy that she had never mentioned and that came out of the blue, she left for the day. The staff asked her to call me later that night as I was very worried. She did and the first thing she said to me was, "This was probably more important to you than it was to me." Does not instill confidence, to say the least.
I found Dr. Mazzotti to be extremely thorough and knowledgeable. She took her time in addressing my concerns and answering my questions. I never felt rushed and I always felt that she was giving me her full attention. She related to me as a peer and didn't assume the condescending stance that many doctors often take with patients. I highly recommend her!
Very good doctor. Never had any issues with her or her treatment plans.
Caring, professional practitioner and as busy as any Doctor in a major urban area.
this dr feels like its ok to ignore the sick. she might be knowledgable but you'd never know it cause she does not seem very caring. all she cares abt is rackin up her app book so she cd charge ur insurance for a visit. she wont even answer a simple question.thanks for nothing ill be moving on
I have seen dr mazotti a number of times because she is my designated pcp. Although the office is well organized and the nurses are very nice, Dr. mazotti has continually been distant, uninterested, and even condescending at times. The first few times I thought maybe she was tired or even depressed. But it seems to just get worse. Also, she doesn't seem to have much helpful info. Once she sent me to a specialist for something and the specialist told me they weren't the right type of doctor for the issue. Anyway, after quite a while of feeling ignored or not helped by her, I am moving on. I am sure she won't even know I left!
Always willing to answer questions. Conscientious about reviewing meds.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
