I recently had a consultation following an endoscopic procedure days later and without a doubt will return for further procedures. Dr Ritchie took time going over every detail of my problems and also future options for my getting well. I completely understood her through her talking and also her drawings, which showed me clearly everything we had discussed. I would 100% endorse Dr M Ritchie to anyone. Great,caring Doctor,,which is hard to find these days!

Poor communication poor communication with me, poor communication and skills of office staff, office lost fax information, delivered contradictory information, and the Dr. herself failed to recall important aspects of my medical history. I had one visit with her, then there was a lot of stuff by phone, and I'm very glad I did not continue with her as my doctor.

difficult and dangerous miscommunication, and not from my side. She was ready to let her office staff schedule me for an invasive procedure without proper consultation, and Dr. Ritchie appeared to completely forget vitally important aspects of my medical history.
