Overcrowded with patients with the longest wait time. Staff was helpful but over worked. One hour and 30 minutes just to get seen.

I met Dr Troche on 1997 when my first daughter was born. Ever since then she has been all three of my daughters primary doctor. She's a caring and excellent doctor.

Dr Troche is great I be bring my son to her since he was born. but the staff and the waiting and they attitude is unacceptable #1,5 star for the Dr.Troche ,,below 1 for the staff.

The best Dr ever for my daughters , but you can never get the office on the phone you have to wait so long to get a answer for a question or they never answer the phone, also it is an old day process if you go in the morning because the over book the Dr and you have to wait hours seating inside room. I have to be mentally prepared to go but the Dr. Toro is the best. 5 * for the Dr 1 * for the office

My oldest daughter is 22 now and I have been coming here for Pediatrics since she was born. I live in the NE and never had a issue with coming all the way down to see Dr Toro-Troche. Lately there office service is terrible. I'm actually on hold now for the past 25 MINUTES, just to make a appointment for a physical for my 14 yesr old. This is my 3rd time calling today. Twice transferred but no one answered pediatric then the 3rd time just put on hold and then forgotten. Time to find a new Office. 5 stars for Dr. 1 for office, would have been 0.
