I wish I could give zero stars. I had a procedure scheduled for mid September and with the procedure I had some labs they wanted me to get done. One of those test was an ECG. I got a call the day before the procedure stating because of my age I didn’t need it done the day of the procedure I got a call from somebody from Frankford saying I did need the ECG. I did not like her, Lee at Frankford hospital would not allow me to say one word she loves to over talk you. Anyway back to the grant ave facility I called 3 separate occasions to reschedule I was told every time somebody will call you back. You can believe that nobody called. I called again today and tried to schedule it again. Whoever I spoke with had no clue what I was talking about and then said the same thing I’m gonna take your number someone will call you. At that point since I have heard that three times I asked her what’s my reassurance that somebody’s actually going to call this time she sighed and said I’m going to do my best that particular facility sucks and I won’t be back.

Dr. Bierhoff is an amazing doctor and makes you feel at ease with anything you may need done. He takes the time to explain things and even calls you personally sometimes to check on you after treatment or a test. His staff is just as helpful and nice.

I hate that Im not good with remembering names, however the Staff was amazing! Every person that I encountered was nice! Thank you soo much, for making me comfortable and assuring me ever step of the way.

Wonderful experience,the sugicenter was very clean and the staff were very knowledgeable and very friendly. I didn't have to wait long at all for my procedure to begin. Dr.Bierhoff was amazing. I would highly recommend this facility !! I was very pleased.
