Terrible staff! In May I was hospitalized with a disorder of the right optic nerve. Upon discharge I was told to set an appointment with a specialist (Dr. Moster). The third week of May I tried to set an appointment with him. His staff told me they couldn't set an appointment without a copy of my discharge papers. I faxed over my papers with a cover sheet requesting they call me to condor they received the paperwork and to set up an appointment. They never called. I called a week later but was told they never received it. After 2 months of this nonsense they told me they received my discharge summary, but that wasn't enough to make an appointment. Now they needed all the record's of my hospitalization. 2 months after they received my paperwork and still no appointment! At this rate I will be permanently blind before I even get an appointment! Do not waste your time with this office!

Dr Moster was good, but the office staff and communicating with the office staff has been a disaster.....very little customer service. The initial setup is fine, but goes downhill from there. This is based on a full year of experience.

Dr Mark Moster gets a 5 star from me, he's excellent. However the staff at Will's Eye is a completely different story, I actually like seeing him at his Cherry Hill location better.

Dr. Moster is incredible. Very extraordinary doctor. but will eyes hospital staff really slacking, rude and unprofessional via phone. In person, a whole different vibe.

Dr Mark Moster MD is an EXCELLENT physician. An excellent Neuro- Ophthalmologist! I would not see any other. He is brilliant.I recently saw Dr Moster for a complex set of complaints involving mostly my eye. I saw him years ago for a different problem. Dr Moster is an EXCELLENT physician. He reviewed my complex history and present complaints. He did comprehensive testing. He explained his analysis and plan for other testing.

Mark L. Moster, MD is outstanding the issue is the front desk and people that work for him are horrible. The staff upfront are rude and you can never get a hold of someone when you call. You leave numerous messages and never get a callback unbelievable

Doctor may be great, but staff is uninformed and not very helpful. 4 different calls to the office and was told something different every time. Staff seems unconcerned.
