My entire experience with Dr Kelly, her billing department and staff were atrocious. Dr Kelly told me I would never have my own biological children, which caused me to spiral into a state of horrible depression. Thank goodness I got a second opinion. I now have a 6 month old son. The practice that I switched to, Shady Grove Fertility, said I had a wonderful chance of becoming a mother immediately. Dr Kelly seems to be stuck in her ways and not on the top of her game anymore. Please steer clear of here or get a second opinion before committing to treatment.

I’ll actually never forget this memory and it happened so long ago, I don’t know why I didn’t write a review sooner. I started birth control for the first time in about 2016- after a few months of taking it, I felt so anxious and weird. I called the office crying while I was at work in the bathroom. Dr. Maureen Kelly got on the phone (not an assistant) actually her and calmed me down and reassured me that I’d feel better once I stopped taking it and to stop asap. I haven’t seen her in years due to the location of the practice being far from me, but this is a key memory. You’re amazing Dr Kelly!

Staff is amazing. Especially Grace. Always made you feel comfortable and welcomed. Now I wasted so much time and energy there. I had a consult with Dr. Kelly and explained why I wanted to travel out of state and how a previous physician didn’t want to help me due to my weight. But I have PCOS and have been struggling with my weight for years and tried everything with no results. I felt as thought dr. Kelly understood. Told me she wasn’t concerned and that we would be able to continue...but after weeks of traveling back and forth sometimes 2x a week. A nurse then tells me nonchalantly that I need to lose 25-30 pounds before I could begin ivf. All my time wasted and was showed no remorse. I would Never go back!

I started with Dr. Kelly three years ago. After bad experiences with doctor's in New Jersey I took a leap of faith traveling to Philadelphia numerous times a week. Today I have a healthy two year old daughter and recently returned back to her office for baby number two!!!

Dr Kelly and her staff are amazing, they are always there to answers your questions and concerns. The wait is very minimal 10-15mn top. I recommended her to my family and friends and they had an exceptional experience.

Dr Kelly was an exceptional provider and support to my family and me. She and her team were loving and incredibly knowledgeable. Providing comfort through the many ups and downs that came with getting our child here. We now have a delightful 2 year old and feel so grateful to the team at Society Hill. We would highly recommend Dr Kelly to any family or individual in need of support in this process.

When we thought all hope was lost after several miscarriages and years of specialist visits until my daughter saw Dr.Kelly. Dr. Kelly was able to accurately diagnose the issue immediately and today my daughter is the mother of 2 healthy, beautiful children.

Dr. Kelly and her staff have been amazing through my entire process. Beth is an awesome nurse who always answers my emails and phone calls promptly and takes time to explain anything I'm confused about. Dr. Kelly makes me feel calm during big procedures like my egg retrieval. And when I was having some unpleasant side effects from an antibiotic they prescribed, she personally called me back within minutes on a weekend to follow up on my discomfort, get me relief, and check back in with how I was doing. It's been a long fertility journey and everyone here makes me feel at ease and is so kind.

Dr. Kelly and her staff couldn't be more helpful. Dr. Kelly takes the time to answer any questions you may have. Her tests are all necessary in the fertility world and the team worked with me so that I could afford treatment from start to finish. She really is a great doctor and has amazing staff.
