0/10 do not recommend. Doesn’t treat patients with dignity and respect. I came for a transplant evaluation and received horrible patient care. I left feeling like I had done something wrong for not being in perfect health. The process was like I was being interrogated. I was accused of lying multiple times because I wasn’t aware of certain things, and had also misunderstood some questions. Immediately Dr. BLEICHER seemed annoyed that I traveled from Florida to receive better care. I have had difficulties in receiving adequate care in Miami, and MTI would never answer calls or call me back. I am from Boston and have family in NJ so I have very high standards when it comes to healthcare- so I was excited to give Penn a chance. Just felt awful the entire evaluation and like I was a burden to this doctor. I am an ER nurse myself and cannot fathom treating patients the way I was treated. If you look at her “patient reviews” you can see that they are fake- just by the dates and the manner in which they are written. Seek other help if you want to be treated as a human being that is sick and just looking for help.
