I was so pleased with the complete communication process. All my concerns and questions were addressed. I was very pleased with the speedy appointment. I was in, treated and out the door in an hour. The previous doctor I saw required 2-3 hrs..much of the time spent waiting. I was hesitant to see a new doctor but I’m so glad my friends and family encouraged me to get a second opinion. No regrets!

The entire staff was great! I was asked by each of the staff that worked with me if I had any questions. And, as I was not expecting laser repair during this visit, all were very attentive and calming for sure. Dr Klufas explained the procedure and assured me that it was going to be ok.

Yes, he made me feel comfortable, put me at ease, because I was really afraid had a serious condition with my retina. He made me aware of any changes I may notice in my eye and to reach out to his office at anytime I felt things got worse with my eye.

I have seen Dr. Klufus over a year and my eyes never seem to get better. After several months of seeing him after the Covid. He was forcing me to tape my mask. Which didnt make any sense and was inhuman to do so. He became very rude after I told him . Him taping my mask made no sense. When I asked why my mask was being taped. It was always a different excuse. So after threatening me that he would not treat me if I didnt allow my mask to be taped to my face. I decided to leave him and seek treatment else where.

I found Dr. Klufas to be very thorough. He did the morning after examination. The surgery was done by Dr. XU. He was excellent!
