I was referred to Dr Troiano over a year ago and when I say our first meeting I felt like I was his only patient... He is so mellow and understanding and he definitely catered to my every needs concerning my foot. I was so scared because of the bad experience I had with Dr Raiken who performed the 1st when meeting Dr Troiano that feeling went out the door talking to my cousin Kim she said he was the one who performed her surgery he awesome he this and his is that,that alone made me feel so so comfortable.. So going back and forth to visit him finally a year after him being my doctor 2 1/2years after Dr Raiken messed me up We decided on surgery I never felt so optimistic in my life I knew I was in great hands I had the ultimate respect in knowing that this go round I'm gone be great.. So 7/28 I went down for surgery pain yes I'm in but I'm assured that he wasn't abandoning me he walk me thru every step of the way called me while I was home to check on me. Needless to say I had major surgery your going to feel some pain I'm adjusting to eat because I know the outcome is gone be well worth the wait and pain why BECAUSE HE IS THE BEST THAT EVER DID .. I know without a doubt I will e BETTER THAN BEFORE... I will recommend him 1000 times.... 5 STARS FROM ROSE ELMORE and. I'm at the Beginning this how must trust I have in Him.. I don't want no one else but him

I went to Dr. Troiano at the University of Penn after being seen by a NJ Hospital. Dr. Troiano always takes his time to explain the situation, gives you all available options and helps you make the best discission for yourself. He makes himself available at all times by giving you his cell phone number, which he answers and responds to quickly. I have been seeing Dr. Troiano for over a year and will continue to be a patient of his whenever I have a wound for foot issue. Not only is Dr. Troiano top notch but his nursing staffing and residents are also top notch! Don't waste your time going to other doctors, when you have the BEST doctor right here!!

I had an injury that left me with a foot that never healed properly. I saw multiple doctors who said there was nothing to do except manage the condition. Dr Troiano knew exactly what to do and performed a surgery that finally fixed my foot. I will always be extremely grateful to him. Could not recommend him more.

Dr. Troiano is an amazing surgeon. He was very personable and took the time to explain my surgery as well as my recovery. His residents were amazing and on call 24/7. They all took such good care of me!!!

Dr Troiano treated my father like the president of the United States! Diagnosed PAD in my dads right leg. Got him into Penn Presbyterian and got him treated for an ailment that went untreated for over a decade! Dr. Troiano is in a class all of his own!!! Thank you again Dr Troiano for treating my father who is not the best patient in the world with class and dignity! He saved my dads foot!

I was referred to Dr. Troiano after a traumatic left foot injury, and he has treated me with kindness, compassion, and expertise. Dr Troiano is extremely knowledgeable and committed to his work. After hardware removal I will continue to follow up to ensure the best care possible.

I went in for plate and screw extraction due to the plate on a nerve and screws were backing out BUT I’ll tell you what!! My foot felt 5 times better then it did prior just a few days after operation. Thanks doc !! You worked your magic! Continue your GREAT WORK. ID RECOMMEND ANYONE!!
