I was really frightened about getting my chemo port removed, but Dr. Marcucci and his staff put me at ease. Since I was awake his assistant held my hand while the doctor calmly took me through the process step by step. It turned out to be a positive experience. I would greatly recommend this doctor! I also had no problem getting an appointment or getting my calls returned. Staff is friendly and caring.

THIS DR. DOES NOT GET BACK TO LOVED ONES RE: THEIR FAMILY MEMBER THAT ARE IN THEIR CARE. THEY LEAVE YOU TO DEAL WITH A REVOLVING DOOR OF INTERNS TO TALK TO WHO DON'T KNOW A THING. MY NEXT STEP IS A MALPRACTICE ATTORNEY.

I was referred to this surgeon through the Drexel University College of Medicine. No exaggeration, I spent a full month JUST TRYING TO GET THROUGH TO THE OFFICE. The phone was never answered, no messages were returned, and when someone occasionally did pick up the phone, I was left on hold for an hour. An utter disgrace.

Worst dr. In city i had a script filled im in real bad pain i lost the script and dr refused to refill it. The girls that answer phone are even worse i never met some one as rude as them they gave me a 2 hr run around just to tell me that im not getting what i was calling about and she got real jive after i got mad about the hole thing shes the deff. Of ignorant.
