The hostipal set me up with MidLantic due to a high kidney reading of a routine blood test. Midlantic was great settig me up with appointments quickly. Dr Gordon is pleasant and has sent me for tests that indicate I have stones; we're setting up surgery now. Update: surgery a success 😁

This is the worst place ever at Einstein. My mom was in a lot of pain for her kideny stones and they put in a stent and I told the nurses that she was in a lot of pain and they just keep saying its the kidney stones. They just kept telling her to drink a lot of water and no advice on the pain. Now, she has to wait until the end of the month to get the kidney stones removed. Dr. Harkaway is the worst doctor and not personable at all. He does not know how to take care of his patients and overbooked in the office. He is short in responses and does not explain anything well. Please be aware of this place. He has the worst bedside manners that I have ever dealt with.

I tried to make an appointment at this office but it appears they are incapable of answering the phone. Called yesterday, this morning, and today and was not able to reach the reception at all.Yesterday I was calling for about 30 minutes, today it was about 20. When I clicked a different line yesterday and today I spoke to two separate women who were very rude. the woman from yesterday told me their phones were having issues and that is why they were not answering. The woman today said there was no phone issue and they are just busy, and that I would have to wait in the queue. They should attempt to get their story straight if their office is going to ignore calls. Their office closes at 4:30 pm, so I don't know when they expect people who have work to sit on the phone for 30 minutes. I haven't even been here yet and I would not recommend, the women I spoke to were highly unprofessional. I also attempted calling their other offices. No answer there as well.

Be careful with the billing I never received any bills in the mail to my knowledge no phone calls then they turned me into a collection agency over $25 dollars and dropped my credit score 124 points
