Because of a sudden change in vision, I was glad Mid Atlantic Retina arranged for a next day appointment with Dr Fineman, MD. I’ve never witness a more organized, streamlined approach to health care, particularly with such a busy office. Staff were all knowledgeable, courteous and caring throughout the various steps of care. The patient portal access was easy to log into and provided excellent, clearly written diagnosis with patient instructions by Dr. Fineman.

Everyone in the office is professional, friendly and efficient. That all starts at the top. Dr. Fineman explains everything you need to know about your condition and the procedure that is required to fix it. He has a calming way about him, which is important when a patient may be panicking about their eye problem. I love everything about this office and highly recommend it.
