She’s amazing & very understanding when it comes to GI care. My first impression of her was wow she takes her job very seriously, you don’t get that impression with all doctors. Whenever you go to the doctors be ready to answer questions about family medical history this is actually very important for you & for your doctors. Understand your condition of why you’re at the doctors in the first place be ready to know when your problems started.If you have any health concerns in the endoscopy are GI area specifically Nancy Graboyes-Leopold MD will definitely get to the bottom of it! literally :). She has a heart of gold and truly heaven sent. Thank you!

I'VE NEVER WAITED SO LONG (ONE HOUR AND 40 MINUTES AND STILL WAITING) TO SEE A DOCTOR(DR.NANCY GRABOYES). I KNOW I WAS 3 MINUTES LATE BUT I DID CALL TO SAY I WAS ON MY WAY. THIS HAPPEN PREVIOUSLY WITH MY MOTHER. I COULD UNDERSTAND IF YOU WAIT 20 MINUTES. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE.

For my appointment I sat and waited 2 and a half hours to even be seen. This is unacceptable. I should have just left but I needed to set up a colonoscopy . Then Dr Graboyes wanted to question whether it was time for me to have one when she was the one that suggested I have it. Then asked me a lot of questions to do with pathology .when all that information was in my records. I will not be going back here. She was formerly my doctor at another location . She was very good .I dont know what happened. Definitely some overbooking going on . Quite a few people in the waiting room were complaining.

Dr. N. GRABOYES is absolutely a gift from God. She is the best doctor I have ever came in contact with my whole life. I feel so secure with her taking care of my GI . Her bedside manner is phenomenal. I would recommend her over anyone!! Hands down she is committed dedicated and goes beyond to assure that you understand what is going on with you.

She is a great dr. She met with me before my upper gi & colonoscopy. She also talked to me immediately following both tests. She called me when my results came in then I had a follow up appointment to discuss everything. She is a very good doctor.
