Thought the doctor was very thorough and appreciate that she explained everything to my understanding

She's a great doctor, but she would not check my throat even though I told her I felt I had something stuck down my throat she did not check it nor make a attempt to get up. I was told if its still there in 3 months she would then check it. She is a ENT Ears, Noses and Throat I was transferred to her because previous ENT closed He would at least check my Ears,Noses and Throat to check everything because that is there job even a regular doctor would check my throat she is a specialist I'm highly disappointed with her services

Doctor didn’t seem interested in listening to my chronic concerns symptoms wise. Furthermore, she failed to provide me with a treatment plan/ assistance to resolve my chronic issues. The only thing she did was take notes and didn’t even want to refill my medication given to me from another Ent doctor. Basically, nothing was resolved or accomplished during that appointment but she did manage to schedule an follow up appointment 2 months from now. I would rather see a doctor who actually wants to help me.

She is a really really good doctor

The office staff were very, very disorganized. On numerous occasions when issues came up I would call the office and the person who was trying to resolve the issue would tell me to call back after 3PM for a status. Who does that? Shouldn't THEY call me back. Whenever I called back after 3PM I would get voicemail and would leave a message. I would NEVER get a call back about the issue. This was VERY frustrating. When i called the next day it was like I never called the day before. This happened repeatedly. The LAST straw was when they sent me for an MRI. After getting it all set up and taking time off work when I got to the hospital to get the MRI the technician tells me they don't have the kind of MRI requested by the doctor. No one in the office and Dr. Pollack ever mentioned that I would have to go to a larger hospital who would be the only place to have this kind of MRI. When the tech called the office, to see if I could still get the MRI there, the person who answered said they did not know this about the MRI AND never offered an apology and I never got a follow up from anyone at the office. I never went back to the office and found another doctor

She is so nice. She explained everything to me step by step. I was looking for a Ears nose and throat doctor for a while because I knew I had to get surgery so i didn't want just anyone doing it.

I contacted Dr Pollak recently to explore the possibility of getting a consult and specialized operation for my sister, who is experiencing a rare disorder. Dr Pollak replied promptly, indicating that she would be pleased to see her. Moreover, as we are non-US residents, she was willing to help make appointment arrangements and of pre-tests to facilitate the process. We are seeking treatment locally, but are encouraged to seek out Dr. Pollak if that option is needed. Thank you, Dr Pollak.

Recommend Dr Pollack very highly. Excellent medical and people skills. Office staff is very efficient and professional . Will return as necessary??

i was referred to Doctor Pollack by a friend with a hearing problem who was treated successfully by Doctor Pollack and was pleased with her handling of the problem.. I had lost hearing in my right ear due to a heavy, coughing cold this past Winter and sought out Doctor Pollack. It took several months, but my hearing has just been restored 100% thanks to Doctor Pollack.

Dr. Pollak is fantastic. I saw other ear nose and throat doctors before and after seeing her, I finally understand what is going on with my ears. She spent time with me and explained things. She truly cares! I recommend you see her if you are not getting anywhere with other doctors.
