Dr. Moskowitz is great, no complaints here. However, the office staff, receptionists, are AWFUL. I called several times in a 45 minute timeframe to schedule an appointment in order to get a refill medication due to the chronic condition, they kept putting me on hold, until finally when I called again at 4:01, the office was closed! (I started calling at 3:15pm, and sat there for 45 minutes on hold with all attempts combined). This is unacceptable. And unfortunately this is not the only time the reception has been unprofessional. The only reason I put up with them is because of the doctor, who is pretty good and seems to take a good care of me.

What visit I sat on line for over 20 minutes past my visit time! Always late and office staff is of no help. Unable to talk to him via phone and there is no email contact.

I would give this doctor a 0/5 if possible. Incredibly rude and unprofessional. As a result of covid-19, telehealth and virtual appointments were mandated by their policy which I totally understand to ensure public safety. My mother had a virtual appointment at 10:30AM and didn’t receive a phone call until 4:36 PM. We received a message to join the virtual call and the doctor was cursing up a storm saying “what f***** patient is this!?” Despite having their own technical difficulties - no professionalism was displayed from this doctor. We could see him and he could not see us but we heard everything. Yelling and screaming and cursing. I genuinely regret not being able to help my mother record Dr. Neil Moskowitz and his hurricane of disrespect. Do yourself a favor and never go see him. My mother has still not received a follow up of her test results. Absolute waste of time.

I see Dr. Moskowitz at this facility and the only issue I've ever had is that he talks a little too quickly. But he has no problem breaking down your diagnoses into ways you can understand and he takes his time with me, as I am sure he does with all his patients. He's also an honest person about treatment options, etc.

First doctor I've seen in quite a while that seem to desire to want to help me. After 2 previous doctors giving me a hard time with diagnosing and treating me, and were just more concerned with getting me out of the office because I was wasting their time, he was easily able to recognize the problem and knew the direction to go. I'm just beginning my treatment, but I feel hopeful for the first time in over 3 years that I might be able to enjoy life at least a little again.
