Staff are super friendly, knowledgable & helpful. Doc was also very knowledgable about my prescription needs which were a bit different due to recent cataract surgery and past surgery that is no longer peformed but that affects my vision & the outcome of cataract surgery.

I learned about this spot from a recommendation from my partner, and it was a 10 out of 10 recommendation! I got a routine eye exam and the process was super easy. The doctor explained everything so well, and I feel confident about my vision now. Everyone who works here is super nice too!

I’ve been to this place many times over the past years to renew my prescription and get new glasses. My positive note is that the doctors were nice and professional but I have to say that the staffs/front desk are often unwelcoming and have an attitude towards customers. A recent encounter was on 09/17/2025 around 11am, the store had a few customers and was not busy/hectic. I came in and waited for a bit to get help and the staff (Asian lady) looked at me and annoyingly commented “YOU go to the front desk”. So I waited in line for the front desk while a customer in front of me was being helped. As soon as I got a call for my turn, I said “hello, how are you? I was wondering if you guys take Access Card Insurance”. The front desk staff (another Asian lady) came off very annoyed and answered “no Access card.” and moved on with her task so I left with a lot of questions. The whole interaction in the store was short and disregarded by the staffs. I have encountered a short and unwelcoming interaction with my multiple visits at this store, especially with the Asian staffs. The experience has gotten worse and this discourage me to go back this store again.

I went to New World Vision for an eye exam that I haven’t had in so many years. The place was very warm and welcoming and the staff was very friendly. I was greeted by Ms. Jazmin one of the associates who performed my eye exam. She was very kind, gentle, and very knowledgeable. Dr. Patel performed my overall evaluation. She also was very knowledgeable and got me the exact prescription that I needed. Thank you to the friendly staff and I recommend this place not just for their service but also for their diversity in languages. By the way they also have a good style and selection of sunglasses.
