The assistant that works there is just miserable with her job. The doctor and front desk lady is a charm But the assistant has such an attitude problem and is so unprofessional. As I recall, she is nothing but an assistant.. she has no superiority over anyone else. There is no reason she should feel she has the right to roll her eyes at someone or raise her voice at the patient if they didn’t hear their name called the first time. This is not to belittle her role but to emphasize her unprofessionalism. She has no patience and uses an aggressive tone when she speaks to patients.

Amazing doctor, he is the beat. Been my doctor since ei was 13. I'm 36. I would not go any other place..wife is so helpful. I got to 5th and olney office. I been to both. Nice people.

I would give zero stars if possible. Dr. Truong was my doctor some 20+ years ago. I moved out of the area but my parents stayed with him. It's not so much Dr. Truong as his terrible office manager, his wife. She refuses to send in referrals for a specialist my mother needed. She runs the office like a tyrant and only if you know how to bribe her (yeah really, bribing the doctor's wife) will you get special benefits that you pay for. She preys on the Asian community who is afraid to go elsewhere. They need to retire and let people find real healthcare.

I am usually not one to write a bad review about anyone or any place but she has made every one of my visits such a bad experience that I have to give this place a bad rating. She talks to patients in a condescending way unless you are her friend. However, She is extremely friendly to people she knows and as I have witnessed she even lets them go ahead of others. As I recall, she is nothing but an assistant.. she has no superiority over anyone else. Recently, I have called into the office to ask what time the office closes that day and instead of giving me a simple direct answer (2pm) as usual she gives an attitude and rudely replied “regular office hours.” Nothing more than I expected of her though. Obviously, if I knew the office hours I probably wouldn’t be calling in to ask what time the office close. She purposely make things complicated because she is just miserable. Dr Truong is a good doctor and his wife, that works at the front desk is also very sweet. It’s a shame they have such an ignorant, rude and unprofessional person working for them. Please just avoid coming here. She will make your experience miserable just like herself.

Wow ive been going there since i was a newborn its not that spacious but ive been there so long cant help but love. Dr.Troung is amazing.

I love this doctor and his nurse Nizda takes all the co pay out of his office u will be calling him soon to report it.
