Dr Pro is amazing. Would recommend him 100%. What I don’t like is how long it takes to be seen. I have never gone to an appointment and was seen on time. Last visit I was seen almost two hours later than my appointment time! The gentleman sitting next to us in waiting room left in anger because he was waiting so long. I feel that they overbook always. I am sitting here now.., appointment was 11:45, it is now 1:37 and I am still waiting to be seen.

This practice has gone down hill from when I first started going there 3 years ago. There was a 30 minute time difference between my appointment time I had saved in my phone to the time they had in their computer. I drove 90 minutes one way to my appointment and because he was packed and behind schedule, refused to see me. Remember that if he was already backed up at 11:15am means that although I wasn't there at the "scheduled time" there was no way that his exam room sat empty during that time frame. Other times when I did arrive on time, I was subjected to waiting up to an hour to be seen!!! But that's ok with him. He could've just had my folder added behind the last check in patient on his calendar, I was not expecting any preferential treatment due to the miscommunication. Only option they offered was to reschedule for another day. This just proves that their patients are viewed as revenue and if they lose 1 patient, they still have plenty of others to choose from to pay their bills. Plus they closed their other office in Philly. Told the receptionist that I'm taking my business elsewhere, Dr won't care, Office Manager won't care. They will view it as my choice and not what they could have done better for a returning patient. 13 hours later and they couldn't even bother to call me to smooth things over. Receptionist was very apologetic and sincere. Good luck to anyone wanting to go here, the waiting room was standing room only!!!

Excellent. I was greeted by Martha, who very kindly fit me in a bit early as I came too early. She was very helpful! My appointment was fine by the physician’s and staff. Thank you Martha for starting me off so I could return to my next appointment!

Dr. Tipperman is the best! I was referred to him from Dr. Jayrag Patel my retina specialist due to my right eye 👁️ being more complicated since having LASIK surgery and an enhancement on my right eye. Had cataract surgery on my right eye. Taking longer than normal to heal but it is dramatically improved since my last visit 6 weeks ago. All of the staff from the front desk to the doctors assistants, this place is great. I would recommend Dr. Tipperman.
