Dr. Kozak performed endovascular surgery to correct a complex aneurysm in my brain. He spent time prior to the procedure to ensure my understanding of my options and comfort with my decision to elect the surgery. Dr. Kozak's skill, knowledge and caring attitude made this very scary situation something that I am glad I chose to do.
