His office may looks bad, but doctor and Brenda is great. He diagnosed me correctly and treated.
I'd give zero starts if possible. My mother was scheduled for cataract surgery but needed a sign off from her PCP before she could get the surgery. When she went for her appointment, this "doctor" started yelling at her because she did not get her annual physical within his time frame. He also told her that he would "make sure" no other doctors would approve her for the surgery until she learned to listen to him. Doctors should NEVER talk down to their patients. Do not go to this doctor!
I took my 20 year old son to see Dr. Thain for the first time in March to see about a rash on his arm and getting a physical form completed to take the written driving test. He looked at myself and my son like we had 3 heads.... then when he took my son in the bad he was speaking to him in a loud manner. My son couldn't understand the heavy accent but I was more concerned with seeing what was going on with this rash. He told me with no bed sit manner and waved his hands to dismiss me and said, "See Dermatologist!" I said excuse me, he said again... "See Dermatologist!!" I said, you can't look at it and possibly give him a cream. He said very rude, No!! Skin doctor. I was very upset with the way he dismissed my son's condition and how he spoke. However, I did notice that with an Indian couple he had a lot more patience. I have already changed my son's primary doctor but I wanted to let people know just be careful if you plan to have him as your primary doctor. The mannerism needs a lot of work.
Great and quick service!
I am trying to reach this dr's office no one answer the phone. The phone keep ringing. The answering service is not able to transfer calls. This is not medical management for this office. I have left messages and not return call. What is asked for this office is not being obtained.
You see people write this and in my case it's true as well. I wished I didn't even have to give a star for this incompetent guy who calls himself a physician. I am writing this on behalf of my father, who has been having a terrible time with this doctor. This doctor lacks, empathy, bed-side manner, compassion, and I don't know if he respects all of his patients but certainly not when it came to us. His agenda is to get through patients as quickly as possible (10-15 mins max). He doesn't want to listen to his patients, he is impatient, he gets irritated very quickly. If you care about your health and your loves ones', DO NOT go to this doctor. He is rude, lack qualities that a doctor should have, and I wouldn't trust my life with this guy. He picked the wrong profession but he probably did for the $$ anyway. Brenda, the receptionist is the only good thing about this place. She is kind, caring, and always willing to help.
This doctor's office is dirty. They throw their trash (who knows what's in it) outside their back door and leaves it there for weeks. This causes rodent infestations like mice, racoons, and possum and is a nuisance to the homeowners in the area.
Dr. Thain is a great Doctor over all. If you have been diagnosed with any illness, he will find you the best specialists and hound you to make sure you follow through with all appointments and treatments. I can tell you, I have never been healthier since after my younger years, since I started going to Dr. Thain.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
