If I could give 0 starts, I would. Definitely not a place you want to go for something as personal as a pregnancy ultrasound. I called to find out if I could bring my husband along with since this is our 2nd pandemic pregnancy and he's never been able to come to a single appt or ultrasound, I'm well aware how this goes. The receptionist said, "oh it depends on the day and the hour and the amount of people in there." I was like "oh well we would have to get a sitter, is there anyway to know a couple hours ahead of time? It's for a pregnancy ultrasound." This receptionist said, "Yeah, many woman have to go through this alone." and then HUNG UP ON ME! Run far away from this place. As a registered nurse myself, I couldn't imagine saying that to a patient.

today was ultrasound day for me due to severe problems with my legs. the staff are so kind, very professional.

They are billing me for a 2018 mri, which they should have billed my insurance, because they didn’t trying to get payment from me… Unbelievable, even sent this to the collections… have to jump through some many hoops to get this off… never again

I wish i could give 0 stars the staff is both rude and incompetent. I eas sent by my attorney. Yhey should know how attorney billing works. I was told my insurance was capitated to a different location. I told them what they should have known, "you bill my insurance. It denies. You bill septa. They said they didnt have that information. I offered to give them the claim number and my attorney (who they should know bebause he sent me) they still turned me away. 3 hours vacation time. 2 hours in traffic. A hundted dollars in lyft fares. All for nothing

Both times I’ve been at this location for 2 MRIs of my knees have been great. The staff is incredibly kind and compassionate. While getting an MRI is not fun and I’ve been in a lot of pain from my knees, the staff are all so sweet and make the experience so much better. One woman even wrapped me in a freshly warm blanket while I was waiting for my MRI because I looked cold. Made my day!

Every staff member I've met has been both professional and friendly. The waiting room is small but the chairs are comfortable and I've never had to wait long. The results are quickly returned.

I Had my X-ray and Cat scan done the same day about a week later which is today I had my surgical consultation with Dr James Harrop he stated he didn’t see my ct only my X-ray so he step out the room to look on a different computer and I called outpatient imaging and told themWhat was going on and they could careless said she send over a email jefferson customer service has really fell off over the years 👎🏽
