I've had more than a few orthopedic surgeons through my years . From simple knee scopes to rods , screws and fake discs in my back . My latest experience was elbow surgery from injury by Dr. Horenstein . From staff on the phone to post op appointment with the doctor , this has got be to the most professional compassionate staff with the most skilled and comfortable doctor I've ever had the pleasure to deal with . Knee replacement is next , and there is only one doctor in the Philadelphia area that I would allow to do such a procedure. A special thanks to everyone at Premier Orthopedics!

I've been a patient for a decade and had 2 knee surgeries with Dr. Horenstein. Recommended to me by a well-known local college basketball official: I know he takes great care of all who require: from sport and work injury to aging adults. Great combo of humor and kindness; combined with strength, ability, and great intelligence. ...and in his mid-50s, a working life time of surgical experience. I highly recommend him in a field filled with less experienced and less talented surgeons. GO!

Doctor Horenstein genuinely cares about his patients. He’s compassionate, knowledgeable and a true professional. Dr. Horenstein took the time to answer all my questions and concerns regarding my knee replacement. Doctor Horenstein and his hospital team was excellent after my surgery. It mean a lot. Doctor Horenstein is a first-rate surgeon and a very nice man.

Dr Horenstein repaired a ruptured quad in my left knee. He was thoroughly professional, competent and caring. He took the time to provide a thorough examination and answer any questions I had. He made sure I was following the appropriate recovery regimen and not taking any unnecessary risk. Could not have been a better experience.
