Waited for Dr, Deitrich, appx. 45 minutes he graced me with his presence for 2 whole minutes! Shined the light up my nose, confirmed I wasn't leaking cranial fluid, then shrugged his shoulders and said I don't fix broken noses, it will heal on its own. When I confronted him about my ordeal in making this appt. FOR A BROKEN NOSE, he shrugged his shoulders again and said I'm sorry, the appt. people don't understand sometimes. SERIOUSLY??WHAT IS THERE TO UNDERSTAND ABOUT A PATIENT STATING THAT THEY HAVE A BROKEN NOSE, AFTER I EXPLICITY STATED THAT FACT AND QUESTIONED THE REASON FOR SEEING AN ORAL/ MAXIFALLACIAL DR.! Not even a, let me refer you to someone who does, or perhaps pretending to care that I was clearly confused and bewildered by his obvious annoyance that I bothered him at work with my trivial BROKEN NOSE and clearly wasted 2 whole minutes of his day!! If you are referred to this person RUN FAST, DO NOT GO TO HIM! Nurse Melissa was great! Dr. Sokura needs more training.
