No communication, I got blood work done and waited to 2 days for doctor pronovost to call me and tell me my results, never heard from him , I had to call my self and ask for my results wich they didn't have and told me what they get back to me later and they never did...I
I have seen Dr. Pronovost for years and have had only excellent experiences with him and his staff.
I would give this so-called specialist no stars if I could. He was my mom's doctor (primary and kidney) for a couple of years without problems. After he reviewed her last bloodwork, he pronounced her "fine" -- and 3 weeks later she was dead. When I was finally able to access the test results, I saw that she had been in the final stage of kidney failure. How could he say everything was fine?! Our last visit with him was the worst physician visit I have ever experienced in my life. My mother was clearly doing poorly and suffering -- fever, pain, swollen neck and face. He would not touch her, literally, would not examine her or take her temperature, didn't want to even look at her -- he looked at me for the entire visit save one glance at her. He said she did not have an infection (she did -- sepsis set in days later). My sister then asked him to at least prescribe an antibiotic, but he refused. He was was remarkably rude during the visit and without an ounce of compassion. Did absolutely nothing to alleviate her suffering. The only thing he did was order the bloodwork, which he then ignored. What a horrible, awful experience.
very knowledgable, compassionate, explains things well.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
