List of Penn Cardiology Mayfair's Reviews
Went here a couple months ago because my PCP recommended them. Needless to say, I will not go back. Was written off because I'm young and it's probably just anxiety. Then I was charged twice per visit. Once for the tests, which I was fine with and then again to see the doctor who would literally spend two minutes with me. Go somewhere else if you can.
Doctor was efficient, but they should have told me I would be charged 5,990 hospital fee on top of my doctors fees and test fees. I pretty much was charge 5,990 for walking in door and having a seat. Who would think there would be a hospital fee for going to visit a doctor at his office in mayfair and not at hospital. So if anyone goes here you better check before making an appointment. Feel that they should tell you there is an additional hospital charge. When I called I was told it was for the use of the building and equipment. Isnt that what tests charges are for. I must be paying for their rent that month. I will never deal with Penn medicine again. I always go to aria hospital for test and only charged for test and doctor. Never a hospital fee. Penn Cardiology medical center is a RIP off!!! Just a warning for future patients.
The reception area nurses need a crash course in communication skills!!!!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
