Excellent business! They did a great job putting transitions in my Tom Ford glasses and they offer a good warranty on their work. Had a small issue with one of the lenses and they are taking care of it under warranty. Pablo was very helpful! Thank you.

This place has really gone downhill. The doctors here work from home now. A technician who didn’t bother to introduce herself walks you through some tests in person. Then you wait for a second, virtual technician, to appear on a tablet. While you wait, the tablet plays commercials for the store. This is all before you even see the actual eye doctor. The equipment malfunctioned halfway through and I had to wait in the hallway. The exam ended up taking 90 minutes. Go somewhere else.

The BEST there is! I visited with a pretty severe break to my favorite sunglasses. Kathy & Derek were not only extremely kind and knowledgeable, but they were able to fix my glasses in just a few minutes - and for free! I’ll definitely be back in the future.

I had an urgent issue with my glasses while traveling in Philadelphia. After checking Google reviews for nearby eyeglass stores, I visited Philadelphia Eyeglass Labs and Cohen’s Fashion Optical. The staff were kind and extremely helpful. Kathy resolved my issue completely in a very short time, and I was impressed by her kindness and professionalism. I highly recommend Philadelphia Eyeglass Labs and Cohen’s Fashion Optical!

Edit: I went back the next day, and Katherine went 2 for 2! I picked up a second pair of Oliver Peoples and I’m overly thrilled. I’ve worn glasses since I was a kid, but this is genuinely the first time I’ve ever been a repeat customer at an optical shop—and I know I'll be back for more! ---- Just had the absolute best experience with Katherine. I randomly walked in on a Friday afternoon - she led me directly to THE perfect frames. I tried a few other pairs; but her first pick was right! Got me exactly what I needed - I was in and out quickly; with great service and will be going back tomorrow for sunglasses 😂 Thanks Katherine!

This place is TOPNOTCH!! And especially Kathy at Philadelphia Eyeglass Labs.. Kathy made my experience. She was so welcoming, knowledgeable and HELPFUL! I think most of all she made me feel welcomed. And going into nice establishments in the city can sometimes feel daunting... not here tho...I would refer anyone I know to Philadelphia Eyeglass Labs; and SPECIFICALLY to Kathy!! Based on my experience with her. I'll definitely be back.. thanks again Kathy:)
