Ramcel Quien's Online Review Report Card

She was mine and my husband's doctor and now my son's. She's a delight!... with good energy and always smiling along with her staff! She always explains what is wrong with your child in details. Communication is never an issue. Would highly recommend <3

I love Dr. Ramcel Quien she was even my doctor when I was born and my three children so I feel bad for what I’m about to say but it needs to be said. These new medical assistants are terrible they even yell at each other it’s weird. And the one who’s been there longer she use to wear her hair in two ponytails and always had a cardigan on, she use to be so nice when the other girls use to work there (which I loved them they were great) however she is so rude now I walked in on her talking about me to the other assistant when I went to go get my id out the car and I think that was just rude when I didn’t even put up a fight with her even the last time when I had my other kids with me and they weren’t allowed back which I completely understand but the way she addresses thing are ignorant and my last time taking my kids there I didn’t even give two craps about being nice and just returned the energy she was putting out. I do not recommend however go at your own risk if you want people rude to you for no reason at all.

I would give her 100 stars. I mean this has been my children’s doctor for 25 years. My oldest will be 26 and my twins are 11. Dr. Quien is very professional, empathetic and knowledgeable. She has been an advocate for my son when he was going to be diagnosed with autism. My daughter at one point had a life threatening issue only she was able to figure out. She always calls even when her office is closed. Her staff, what can I say amazing. Gloria is the best office manager ever. Communication is never an issue in that office. I can say this team is the best that Temple has to offer.

She is the best!!!!.. always very understanding and explains if anything is wrong with your child in full detail!... she is a mother also so that tells me she really understands and know what she is doing! She's a delight!... with good energy and always smiling!... I bring all 7 of my kids to her and they are all healthy because of Mrs QUIEN!!... thank you so much!!!!.. gracias!!! SHE CALLED ME AT HOME TO MAKE SURE I MADE MY APPOINTMENT FOR THE FOLLOWING DAY BECAUSE MY SON HAD A SERIOUS RASH AND SHE COULDN'T STOP THINKING ABOUT HIM...GOD BLESS YOU!!..

Excelent pediatric!

I work at a doctors office, so I called for the parent because they gave her the wrong script. Mom went over herself earlier in the morning, and told them this, but she was told that it was ok. They had me on hold for 15 minutes! I had to ask mom to call while i waited on hold, and they took care of her, and still left me on hold. After all this mom had to reschedule her appt because it did not arrive in time. It is unprofessional to leave a person on hold for that amount of time, especially when calling from another doctors office, who is trying to help your patient. If it was fixed from the beginning when mom came to the office in the first place none of this would have happened.

Dr, Quein, was my Dr, and my families Dr. until we became adults, she has been my children's Dr since birth, I have never had any issues or problems, she is an outstanding Dr. when it comes the children. Thank you, for all that you do and continue to do to keep my family healthy.
