While I think Dr Jackson is a wonderful Dr , do not go to this practice. You will never get an appointment. After calling in the spring, I was told Dr Jackson wqsnt taking new appointments until July. When I called in July they said call back in August , when I called today, they said she didn’t have any availability until next year . When I asked to be connected to the actual office vs the scheduling line, they said it couldn’t be done that you couldn’t call the office directly or talk to them directly It’s time to leave the Jefferson groups. They make it ridiculous to get any medical attention.

Just returned from my first appointment with Dr. Jackson. She is knowledgeable, kind, and patient. I left her office with the happy feeling that I had found a superlative gynecologist. Along with my five-star recommendation, I suggest that future patients book an appointment as early as possible because Dr. Jackson is deservedly quite popular.

I think she is fabulous and have been seeing her for at least 5 years. I am over 60 and she is thorough, kind, thoughtful and professional in every way. Would highly recommend this fabulous doctor!

She is incredibly nice and listens but orders unnecessary things. I came in for a visit and left with a bill for a test that I had just done a few months prior. Jefferson definitely had records of that test because another doctor had referenced it before. Now I'm stuck with a bill for something I didn't need or want.

I picked Dr. Jackson from the internet. I was a bit worried, as it is such a personal decision. I was not the least bit disappointed. She is kind and caring. She listened, explained and took her time with my routine exam. I feel like I hit the jackpot. She’s a gem and so glad I found her! Thank you, Dr. Jackson!

One of the best OB/GYN's ever!! I would recommend her to anyone. She is extremely smart, caring, kind, and really has amazing bedside manner. She let's you take control of your care and gives you options for your condition and let's you pick your care and she helps guide it and make sure it's the right care for you. She never makes you feel rushed and wants to hear everything you have to say and wants to work as a team. Her office staff and nurses are wonderful as well.

I had Dr. Jackson as my ob for my first child. She is a great doctor - very kind and thorough. Wait time is minimal. Would highly recommend to family and friends.

Had to wait 3 months for an appointment with Dr Jackson and was totally let down. She did not seem particularly interested in helping me with the issues I’ve been having and did not call me to review abnormal test results I had received. It took three days to receive a call back from her when I had questions. Will not be returning.

I love Dr. Jackson. She's in a practice with several other physicians, but she is by far my favorite. She gives the patient respect and listens to what they're saying and is extremely personable. I never feel rushed when talking to her she brings person experience with her into the exam room, which i appreciate. All in all, love her.
