The folks at REM hit it out of the park. They were Professional, Pleasant and Persistent. I considered myself a difficult patient. I'm a musician who experienced a very sudden hearing loss. My moral was at rock bottom as I thought I'd never play my guitar again. The team there were awesome and they would not let me give up on either my guitar playing or my singing. Doctor Jessica told me that She would consider it a failure if I didn't regain my love for playing again. Well she didn't fail and my love for music continues. I could not be happier with everyone there, from the receptionist on everyone was cheery and worked hard to accommodate my schedule. Awesome group.

You are Doctors and have an obligation to your patients and should be seeing them wearing PPE like other offices.

During these difficult times REM Audiology does not see themselves as essential services. I have been forced to go to an audiologist who does not know me or my father to get help with his hearing aids wax traps. Someone who I did not sell my father his hearing aids, HearMD of Voorhees, was willing to help me get the traps directly from them for my quickly. Next time I will go to them. One star was being kind.

Took my son for his first evaluation. This place was such a joy. Knowing my son is on the spectrum it's very hard to take him for his appointments anywhere. The place is VERY friendly, and clean and they have a little play area with toys. I was in and out within 30 minutes!! Way better then having to go to a hospital with a full waiting room. I highly recommend this place for all ages and disabilities. Thank you for being so patient with my son!

They expect u to pay $50.00 to have ur hearing aid checked and put in new tub for the behind the ear. I have had a hearing aid all my life and never have I been charged to just walk in to have my tub changed. it ALWAYS been free cuz the tubs they get cost them pretty much nothing.....very disappointed with this company and I will not recommend this company to any of my friends!!!!!

This was a nice office. The office was clean, the associates were very nice, and there was even a little play area for my 2 year old son. The receptionist was very nice and organized. There was barely a wait. When we went into the backroom the Lady testing my two year old was very patient with him and she was very informative on what procedures she was performing. Overall a great environment!

Great, caring people who make you feel comfortable and very much at ease. The attention to every detail dealing with my hearing issues were completely resolved. I would highly recommend Rem Audiology in Philadelphia to anyone with hearing issues.
