After my ophthalmologist recommended further evaluation, I made an appointment at Mid Atlantic Retina. I’m so fortunate that I was able to work with Dr Kaiser who diagnosed and explained my condition and treatment options. Dr Kaiser took the time to answer all of my questions and made me feel comfortable about my surgery. I would highly recommend Dr. Kaiser for his knowledge ,expertise and professionalism and trust him with the care of my vision.

I came to his office hoping that Dr Kaiser could at least spend maybe 5-10 minutes with me discussing the problems with my eyes. When I came, there was a woman already scheduled for the SAME TIME with him. I’m not a genius but I’m pretty sure that’s not how appointments with doctors are supposed to work. But it was probably why the appointment was so rushed. He came in, hardly looked at me, interrupted me when I tried to explain my situation, and told me that he couldn’t do anything for me. Now that would have been fine if he had told me kindly and gave me some advice on how to deal with my problems, but it was almost as if he wanted to end the appointment as soon as possible. I wanted to ask him questions and talk about alternative options, but it’s like he interpreted those questions as challenges to his prognosis and intelligence. He spoke to me as if I was a 10 year old son talking back to his father. I don’t think he was in the room for 4 minutes before he rushed out the door.

Dr. Kaiser has shown me professional care far above my previous Dr. I so very happy I changed from Lehigh Valley Eye to Mid Atlantic Retina.

After many recommendations for a Retinaologist, I choice Dr. Kaiser on a recommendation from one of his patients and I know I have made the best decision. Dr. Kaiser explained everything and made me feel very comfortable and less scared of surgery.

Friendly staff, no long waits, efficient care from the tech/nurse staff. I have been seen by 2 different doctors in the practice and have gotten excellent care from both.
