List of Robert T. Sataloff's Reviews
I first started seeing Dr Sataloff in 2002 for sudden hearing loss after many doctors had failed to help me or give me a diagnosis. He came highly recommended and I'm so glad that I went to him. He was the only doctor to diagnose and treat me. I saw him again yesterday and as always I was pleased with the care I received. Yes it's a long wait each time, but well worth the wait and they always make you aware to expect that. I highly recommend this doctor!!!
I had a terrible experience with Dr. Sataloff. Believe the other reviewers when they tell you he is egotistical, doesn't have time for questions, and quick to diagnose patients with acid reflux. He ordered so many tests for me, put me on a very restrictive diet, then was very impatient when I wanted to know why. Because of that, he kicked me out of the practice! I saw a new doctor for a second opinion who told me that Dr. Sataloff was "over the top." I am being kind in this review. He was insulting, unprofessional, and ineffective.
Dr Sataloff helped me when no one else was able to. I’d had a botched nodule removal in NY and spent years in voice therapy to regain a normal voice for teaching. Unfortunately, this came with tremendous pain since the damaged cord was severely scarred and partly paralyzed. Dr. Sataloff was very thorough and eventually did his patented thyroplasty procedure where I received goretex implants. I have been pain free ever since and was able to finish out a 30+year teaching career. I can’t recommend him highly enough!!!
Doctor R T Sataloff is THE Doctor to save you. He not only gave me hearing.?.. he gave me a much better chance at life. That was just my implants. Later in life, I was extremely ill and he coordinated my care from Philadelphia to the Doc's at Poudre Hospital in Colorado for months. I couldn't imagine a better Doctor or kind and compassionate care. He and his amazing staff continued, and continue to take care of this incredibly grateful patient.
Helped reaching a diagnosis that no other has been able to confirm thus far through most thorough examination. Has given hope to my singing voice again. Every doctor and staff member in the office is warm and professional. Thank you so much Dr. Sataloff.
After I discontinued this eccentric senior's care including a traumatic, failed surgery, I survived two unrelated strokes which decimated my short term memory. My new ENT suggested I request my medical records from Sataloff as I cannot remember where I stored my original copy. The office informed me that Sataloff would gladly make another copy... for $100.00. No ethics. No skill. Only Ego.
Very caring, ask questions, understands your health issues.
Currently waiting 3 hours past my appointment time.
Awful experience and incorrect diagnosis. I got my vocal issue resolved (and correctly diagnosed) somewhere else.
Dr. Sataloff ruined my career. I can hardly speak now and I need my voice for my career. He performed multiple surgeries on me and only made my voice worse. I would have been better off had I never been treated by this man. His office staff is rude and you're made to wait for hours before being seen.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
