When I called to make an appointment with my now previous Dr. the receptionist informed me that he was no longer there so I asked what Dr. had the first opening and it happened to be Dr. Surati. Not knowing what to expect, of course because it was a new Dr., I went to my appointment with an open mind. When I arrived I was the only one there so there was no wait, which is always a plus. All the receptionist's were very nice as always. The MA was also very nice. When she was doing my vitals and asking me questions she was very sweet and made me feel very comfortable. When Dr. Surati came in right after she left he immediately introduced himself and and shook my hand. He was very thorough and didn't rush me and answered every question I had. He was extremely compassionate and more importantly had an impeccable bedside manner. Also my bloodwork was done right in the office this time, which was convenient and the phlebotomist was great. So my overall experience was awesome!! 5 stars!!!
