About a month ago I left the review below: Since then, Dr. Corrielus used his personal phone, called and texted me and was persistent on getting me rescheduled. I was able to personally see him and get everything I wanted done. As a new guy to the area I really appreciate this and it will not go unnoticed. Best Dr. and staff in the city. Thank you all. Review I left a month ago: Terrible and unprofessional experience. I booked my appointment 3 weeks in advance using the online appt. booking. Selected the time slot they have on the website for 3:30pm, was given a call by someone to get my insurance info. and reschedule because apparently that time was too late. The worker recommended 1:30pm so I said that is fine because I took a half a day knowing the distance it was from me which is an hr away. Received a call A DAY BEFORE my appointment stating the doctor is never in the office during the afternoon and I would have to do a morning time appointment and have it scheduled out at the latest two weeks from now. To make me reschedule the day before shows you do not respect my time and as a first time patient, shows me you all are a very inconsiderate place of business. I expressed to the lady how I had taken off my job, it is an hr away drive, yet no remorse, just “all we can do is reschedule you for another time”. I am glad I was shown how this doctor office operates and I will definitely be looking for another doctor.

What a surprise to find that a doctors office of color has come to our community. I was greeted with warmth and smiles. I was immediately at ease. The wait was brief and the visit was timely.
