List of Schweiger Dermatology Group Pine Street, Philadelphia's Reviews
Dr Crawford is the best!!!!
Excellent staff and doctor. I did not have to wait and the recption area was warm and welcoming.
When this office switched to Schweiger everything went down hill. The docs are great but the administrative system is dysfunctional. I showed up for my appointment only to find that they proactively changed my appointment without checking with me- Just moved it to some other day and time and apparently shot me an email about it. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional. They also use a call cemetery now so good luck trying to get ahold of anyone who’s actually in the office.
Staff is very professional & courteous. I am always seen by the Doctor with very little wait time. Dr. Crawford is compassionate & attentive to all my questions & concerns.
Professional and Friendly staff. Easy appointments.
I’m very happy with my experience here as a patient. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.
They use scare tactics to get more money off of you. They charged for lab work before sending it out and now are sending me bills for what I already have paid for. They are thieves and robbers.
The consultation went very smoothly and comfortably, all details and concerns were addressed by both assistant and doctor. Procedure was quick and painless, plus the care instructions and bandaids+vaseline packets given after the procedure were much appreciated!
BLUF: Unethical billing system, bait and switch!! I verified my insurance was in network. The first doc they assigned me was an in network doctor. The next 2 doctors were not! Forcing me to pay out of network expenses. It should not be on the patient to ask is the doctor In network every time I make an appointment. This isn’t even reasonable, especially because the call center usually does not have this information. I’m an active duty military spouse. I haven’t paid a doctors bill, copay, deductible since my husband started serving this country- 12 years ago. I went in person multiple times and the front desk never mentioned a bill. When I finally got these bills in the mail, and I called, they said oh well it’s a deductible. I explained I only pay deductibles if I see an out of network doctor and I should have been assigned a doctor that’s in networks because they take my insurance. Instead of the billing department trying to help me, they told me to call my insurance. Bad business, Philadelphia has many dermatology groups whom may be more ethical. I a paid the $400 bill but I nor my husband will be doing business here. I don’t recommend others to do so either.
Quickly seen and utmost concern for comfortable procedure. 👍

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
