We have been coming here for many YEARS, always had a great experience here with the doctors and staff, especially with Dr. Lipa who is beyond amazing and Dr. Alburger who is so knowledgeable! But the 2 receptionists in the lobby are not so friendly and rude, especially the stocky woman with short blonde hair who was taking the temperatures. She didn’t greet us coming in nor did she say a word when we left. Her demeanor was off putting and I personally don’t think she should be working with the public and children because she sure didn’t make us feel welcome.Also, she mispronounced my nephews name even after when I corrected her and didn’t even apologize. I’ve never had this kind of experience at Shriners before so I’m a bit taken back. I miss the old receptionist who was so bubbly and personable. I forget her name but she works on a different floor now doing registration (also has blonde hair) they need to get her at the front desk again and bring that lobby back to life. Get rid of those unprofessional ladies who have such poor work ethic and terrible people skills, clearly they don’t want to be there.Please do better Shriners maybe look into hiring people who are compassionate and kind, make it a pleasant experience for everyone instead of an uncomfortable one. Thank you!!

My daughter had a bad fall and broke her foot in 5 places and her wrist. She saw Dr. Griffith in the ER. Her and her staff were nothing short of Amazing. She was extremely professional and took great care of Kayla. She is now out of her cast and walking boot within 4 weeks of the injury and feeling great.
