I can actually see properly for the first time in a while. The doctor is patient and delightful and helped me diagnose an issue with my eyes that had been overlooked many times. The staff is incredibly helpful and it was a genuinely fun experience picking out my glasses. I interacted with Digna the most, but everyone in the office is lovely! Cannot recommend enough!

The eye exam itself was fantastic, I loved my appointment with doctor, she was great. The sales people would not help me figure out PD though for buying glasses online.

I searched for a optical shop to do a repair. Jessica was personable, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. She treated my repair as if I has purchased the glasses there; which I will be definitely being doing within the next few weeks. They also have a great selection of glasses and an on-site doctor. thanks for a great experience! .

There was a little setback on the purchase of my new glasses but I highly recommend them they took care of the problem and the staff are very knowledgeable I would definitely recommend them

Absolutely 10/10 experience at this small biz on the Avenue!!! The entire team was incredibly responsive, helpful, and professional as I purchased 2 new glasses with new prescription lenses, as well as a new supply of contact lenses (for different prescriptions per eye / contact lens). Kristin was incredibly patient and knowledgeable as we went through frames in the store in search of the style I was hunting! She knew the inventory like the back of her hand and helped me find not just one, but two pairs, of great fitting eyeglasses! Digna and Adrienne were a great help with prompt updates and alerts about the status of my order. And the eye doctor who performed the exam was great! Extremely kind and prompt to get me matched with new products for my aging eyes :) Thank you so much to the team, I will be recommending to South Philly locals, Passyunk neighbors, and Philly-based friends alike!

I had a few pairs of glasses that I needed adjusted. I saw on their web site that they offered free adjustments and I was graciously helped right away. The understanding and friendly customer support makes it evident that I need to start coming here for my optical appointments in the future. And it's right in the neighborhood. Thanks!
