Dr Prasad immediately made me feel at ease and fully discussed my procedure and risks. Most importantly, he LISTENED. Dr Prasad’s nurses and admins were also wonderful to work with and very responsive to all of my silly questions. Overall, if you have to face surgery, it was a positive experience all around.

My first meeting lasted 3 hours. In that time Doctors Prasad and his team conducted a thorough examination. He was very concerned with my well being. He and his staff answered all my questions. My procedure lasted a few hours and after my recovery I went home the same day. No Pain, numbness and I was able to stand straight up. In all meetings pre and post operative DR. Prasad was patient and answered all of my questions. He gave me back my life.

For almost a year, I have been in severe pain due to a synovial cyst on my spine. I tried injections, acupuncture, and chiropractic care - Nothing worked. Finally, I was referred to Dr. Prasad, a neurosurgeon, by a neurologist who tried to aspirate my cyst. Dr. Prasad is very conservative. He excised the cyst which was done as a minimally invasive procedure. Up until this point, the Orthopedic surgeons I consulted with wanted to excise the cyst along with a fusion which is much more involved. It’s been a week since my procedure and I am living pain free for the first time in almost a year!!! Thank you so much Dr. Prasad. You have given me my life back. I will forever be grateful to you and your team.

Thanks to Dr Prasad and his staff for the excellent care I feel like a new person and back to my normal life. I never thought I would feel this great again.

One year ago, I was referred to Dr. Prasad, after wasting 4 months with another Neuro Surgical group who could not help me nor diagnose the cause of my declining mobility and increased paralysis. The day of my phone call to obtain help, I was completely paralyzed in both legs, sitting in a wheelchair, not knowing what my problem was. One phone call to Dr. Prasad's office, with an appointment 4 days later, to be diagnosed and referred to Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia the same day, and surgery two days later with a laminectomy to remove a tumor in my spinal column which was compressing my spinal cord which was causing the paralysis. I was treated with the ultimate professionalism, by the best doctor I have had after 10 plus surgeries in my life. Dr. Prasad is an excellent neurosurgeon, very professional, caring, willing to listen, but also an excellent communicator, and genuinely cares about his patients as if they are his family.

Dr Prasad was a perfect doctor/surgeon, from the first informative meeting with him, to pre-surgery; to surgery-day; and to post-surgery appointments. He was informative and patient during our meetings, answering all of my questions. All of his staff were most helpful. They are all entitled to 5-stars.

Dr. Prasad and his entire team are absolutely outstanding! Dr. Prasad has a wonderful bedside manner and shows true compassion. His nurse, Mary, was like a gift from above to me. Honestly, you could not find two kinder people anywhere. The herniated discs in my back were causing such significant sciatic pain that I was unable to work, sit, stand or walk. I had such tremendous pain-24/7. Two sets of epidural injections and months of chiropractic care did nothing to ease the pain. I was tired of living on strong pain killers every 4 hours and even though, I was very hesitant and quite a bit apprehensive to take the next step to see a neurosurgeon for relief, I am so thankful that I did. I was able to make an appointment relatively quickly and from there, I was scheduled for surgery in less than two weeks. Dr. Prasad performed a spinal fusion on my back August 24, 2021. All the pre-op tests were set up by his office which was such a big help. After being in pain for a year, I finally feel like myself again. I am sleeping again and feel great. Dr. Prasad and the team the day of my surgery, eased my mind and helped to take my anxiety away. The team in Dr. Prasad's office were always so prompt in returning my calls and so nice and helpful whenever I called with a question or concern. If anyone out there is in pain and hesitant about back surgery, I would highly recommend Dr. Prasad to take the best care of you and your back!

There was never a doubt in my mind that I had made the right decision as far as Dr. Prasad. From the time that I met him at the initial consultation visit, through two spinal surgeries, and all the post op visits it has been an awesome experience. Besides being a very gifted physician and surgeon Dr. Prasad is a true gentleman. He spends the time to explain, educate, and mainly listen to your concerns.
