St. Christopher's Hospital For Children's Online Review Report Card

Will be My First & last time!! Waited 2 hours too long no good customer service at all don’t give the children apple juice or crackers or coloring book. It was a lot of babies that were sick & a lot of teens with broken limbs the whole time waiting in the ER Bathroom disgusting Also the ER Room is Small didn’t see not one Environmental Service Worker cleaning up at all!! I Pick Children Hospital of Philadelphia any day over St. Christopher the waiting for hours & the customer service it’s a no no no no no no for Me & My Babies Don’t take your Children here at all. This hospital deserves 0 Stars😡

My experience with this hospital started in 2002, when they saved my (life-flighted in) newborn's life-and I will forever be grateful! Turns out this place became our second home for multiple, necessary hospitalizations. The addition of the Ronald McDonald house was a blessing-especially when you live hours away and can't afford area motels for long periods of time! Its bitter sweet that my child is now a young adult and will have to transition to an adult care center. Thank you St. Chris, and staff, and especially the Pulmonology department for taking such good care of us throughout the years ❤

One of the best experiences I ever had , best service, great and qualified doctors, nurses, technicians, thank you St Christopher 😀 👍

- sorry but every time i go here it 4-7 hour waits ! Dont get me wrong some doctors can be great but most are ignorant & just dont care about the job the people at the front desk take they time calling people in line , cleaning people honestly need to stay off their phones and clean the rooms so people can be in and out , also the doctors/ nurses take forever coming into the rooms checking patients , the lobby is a mess anymore ! But this hospital is by far the worst only go here cause it closer for my kids other then that my kids will never been seen in this hospital for any other reasons ! Ive went here 2xs already end of August beginning of October & ive had to wait couple hours !

Worst hospital in Philadelphia, no empathy, no order, 4 and a half hours waiting and still saying don’t know when it’s going to be your turn! Even tho your kid is not being able to breathe and with fevers. Take patients by preference not emergency or arrival order.

staff is really nice but other then that everything else is just not worth it. have multiple patients waiting for a room. constantly always telling patients, we won’t know when your room will be ready. very unprofessional.

Grumpy staff, nurses treating babies with no delicacy at all. I didn't feel safe and comfortable.

Horrible! The worst experience I every had in my life at a hospital. I literally witness tons of sick children, coughing, throwing up, broken limbs, waiting for hours in the emergency room with no assistance. I sat for 8 hours with my new born (4 days old) didn’t even get serviced. I got up and left. This is unacceptable for a children's hospital. This place needs to be closed down immediately!

This Hospital is worst ever, my son Had a Surgery his appointment was at 11:20 I waited 6 hours so he can get his surgery, my son was crying of hunger. The doctor no where to be found. If your kids having a surgery please don't go to this hospital. Find another Hospital.
