Been seeing Dr Bakshi for about four years now. Despite my chronic condition, Dr Bakshi and staff have been very instrumental in the stability and progress of my overall health. Great Dr and Staff, who have remained professional and polite through the years. Bonnie and the front desk team are sweethearts. 10 stars overall. 🌟
Called for a refill last week on medication it took 24 phone calls from 11 am to 2:30 pm after hours service picked up last 2 calls no one called back for 2 days I called again in the morning and resolved the issue. Now this week I've been trying to get medication refill for my mother who is 73 years old. Pharmacy sent request for refill since Tuesday morning and I called several times, sent faxes to the manager twice, every time I call the answering service answers and there's nothing that can be done but leave a message and of course no one gets back to you. Here is Friday afternoon and I still have no medication for my mother, so we will have to wait until Monday. And this is patient care? If I can give no star I would but in order to post i have to give them something.
The doctor is good but the billing department is the worst. Go somewhere else or you’ll be sorry for all the time you waste having to deal with themedit - my previous review was 7 months ago. Since, I have been trying to obtain a copy of my medical records. It was only on my 6th round of calling in, where I threatened to contact the Pennsylvania department of health and finally contacted the office manager (Bonnie), that they finally agreed to mail my information that day
The staff could not coordinate my insurance coverage. Every time I saw a new specialist, I had to call the office REPEATEDLY to get them to submit a referral authorization. The doctor was not personable and seemed distracted. I had to remind him to follow up on issues - it's concerning I had to tell the doctor and staff what to do. I do not trust them with properly addressing my health issues.
I spoke with a woman on the phone before I came in who was rude and made me feel bullied. Once I arrived the other girl who was there was way more kind and friendly. The waiting area and office are much cleaner than other Drexel medicine locations and the appointment I had went very well! I felt listened to and I was in and out very fast and efficiently.
Dr. Rushdan was friendly, open, and very thorough and made my visit a pleasant experience!
Showed up here. Paid for services. Got sent home. Thanks for reminding me greed comes first in American healthcare. Goofballs.
In my experience, i never waited more than 5 minutes at the front. However, in one instance, i had to wait almost 25 minutes between the resident and the doctor. It usually takes only 10 minutes. In terms of staff attitude, it was wonderful. I am sorry for those who gave this place a bad review. Must have been an atypical bad day.
Very professional calm enviorment, no waiting hours to be seen
Great experience! Love the staff and doctors, they provide great service, friendly and acknowledge you with care. They even have a prayer collection where they collectively pray for whatever you or your family go through. Never had an unpleasant experience and have been their patient for 5 years.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
