I have been a patient of his for some time, and consider him to be an excellent surgeon as well as a compassionate doctor. He is patient and thorough, and will take as much time as needed to explain his treatment recommendations & respond to questions. His staff is a pleasure to deal with and appointments are on time.

After a year of seeking a non-surgical solution/remedy for my shoulder pain caused by bone-on-bone arthritis, I was advised to seek total shoulder replacement surgery. I had heard positive sentiments about Dr Namdari from someone who had him do her replacement. I read the many highly favorable reviews and then scheduled an initial consultation. succinctly stated, the 5 star reviews he receives are valid, at least for my initial consultation. Dr Namdari was thorough and pleasant. He went through my options in a patient detailed manner, most of which I have done over the last year to no avail. Replacement is the only option left. I am confident he is among the highly skilled and experienced surgeons in this area. Every member of the office staff said he is an excellent surgeon and a really nice person. That speaks volumns. I will schedule my surgery by him in the very near future.

Dr. Namdari repaired my broken shoulder in 2016, when I needed a shoulder replacement in 2022 I only trusted Dr Namdari to do the surgery. He takes the time to explain everything, gives you all the time you need to feel comfortable about your surgery. And the Rothman hospital is wonderful, they go above and beyond in patient care

This was my second experience with Dr. Namdari. Two years ago he did a reverse shoulder replacement on my right shoulder and on June 20th same procedure on my left. Dr. Namdari is truly a 5- star surgeon in this field. Great bedside manner and explains every detail to the fullest. Highly recommend Dr. Namdari. After surgery follow-ups are handled with great explanations and current movements. Dr. Namdari is great!!!

Dr Namdari is so skilled in his field. My surgery was extremely complicated and Dr. N did what others would not even consider to surgically repair. He is also the kindest most compassionate and honest Dr. I have ever dealt with. He is upfront does not give you smoke screens, and explains everything in detail. I cannot thank him enough for giving me the chance to live a normal life again.
