I must say I am thoroughly impressed with Dr. Tyson and the staff at the Eye Associates & SurgiCenter in Vineland. What started off as a very upsetting day turned out to be a pleasant experience. EVERYONE went above and beyond to help me and I couldn't be more pleased. What a group of helpful, truly caring people they are and in these crazy times it really meant a lot!! I wish I had come here sooner. Thank you everyone!!

Dr Tyson was excellent. He was everything others have told me about him when I was looking for another eye doctor. He was kind, caring and took care of my cataracts. I now have better than 20/20 vision! What else can you ask for? Thank you Dr. Tyson. You are a 5 star doctor.

My girlfriend had cataract surgery and is having severe pain and migraines consistently all day and lasting longer and longer.. the front staff are a..holes and this is NOT being treated as a priority. What would you do if this was you, your child, or your mother?

Don't let him talk you into high definition lenses for your cataract surgery. After spending $5000.00 and having lasik surgery, I still cant see. Need to wear reading glasses to read. Could have used reading glasses with regular, paid by medicare lenses. Would be $5000.00 richer than I am. Was told by Dr. Tyson, Might take up to a year to be able to see clearly. Well, its been two years and still see ghosts, starbursts and blurry. Please before you spend the money...get a second opinion. I was really looking forward to seeing clearly with these state of the art new bifocal high definition lens implants. Now I really wish I had not trusted him. He sold me a lens that does not work for me.

Dr. Tyson is a very nice person as well as a great doctor. While I was at one of my appointments I asked a staff person "what is Dr. Tyson really like?" He seems so sweet and even tempered each time I see him. She replied to me that he is always like that. He is just as considerate to all of the employees as he is with his patients. That's just who he is....a kind person.

My father went to Dr Tyson for cataract surgery. He neglected to check him for glaucoma before doing the surgery and blinded him in his right eye! Would not recommend! Awful!!

Dr. Tyson is the best eye doctor any patient could wish for! I was continuously given the wrong diagnosis and wrong prescription eye glasses by other eye doctors, until I met Dr. Tyson. He was God sent! He gave me the correct prescription that took care of all the eye issues that I had for years. I have had him as my eye Doctor for a while and will recommend him to anyone looking for a friendly and very caring expert in eye care. He is simply the best!!!
