Dr. Lafayette was an amazing co worker. I was the OBGYN RN at a community clinic serving the underserved population along side w/ Dr. Lafayette. Dr. Lafayette took me underneath her wing and taught me so much about OBGYN. She would include me in mini procedures in office making sure her nursing staff was forever learning! She ALWAYS goes the extra mile. She’ll laugh w/ you, she’ll cry w/ you, & she’ll teach you— she is a very powerful influence to many! The amount of time she would put into ensuring her patients left the facility w/ all questions answered was astonishing! She cares & even still, though we don’t work together any longer, she is still an amazing educational/clinical resource in my nursing career today! I definitely would recommend this doctor to many!

Dr. Lafayette is an amazing Gyn Doctor. I’m so excited I found her again. I was experiencing some sever pain in my what I thought was my ovaries, she found the cause an corrected. Thank you Doc I have never felt that pain again.

This Dr ruined my life! I had a mesh implant done by Dr Laffeyette and straight after I knew something was wrong and was in excruciating pain and couldnt walk.......but I was sent home only to end up back in hosp and still unable to walk and after this surgeon lied on my notes to cover her incompetence I suffered in pain and leg shutting down and had to fight hospital's and Drs for 2 years! Until I found a surgeon who knew exactly what was wrong which was the Mesh but it wasn't just the mesh that had caused problems Dr Lafayette put the Mesh in backwards and through my Obturator Nerve and I now have perment nerve damage! She swore black and blue that it was muscle and had to retrain my brain........and I told her 3yrs ago I it was more than muscle pain and I was right! I wouldn't reccomend this surgeon to my worst enemy for many reason but I thought a Doctor is ment to heal and help patients not lie to cover there mistakes! I know she never ment for anything to go wrong but it did and I don't want any other patients to go through what I have 3 yrs later and I'm still recovering from damage she has done and something I will have to live with for rest of my life!
