**update: the person responding to bad reviews with the @mdav email address is unreachable as well.** Very bad experience. Disrespectful wait times over multiple appointments was the beginning of my frustration but after an inappropriate comment and a poor job on a laser procedure by Dr Jules, I called the corporate number to explain my experience. I was told I’d receive a call from the manager and Dr Jules. I promptly heard from Dr Jules who apologized for the comment and agreed to do more laser work which I eventually decided against. I never heard from the manager. I called corporate back to ask for partial refund instead of additional laser work and they again said I would hear from the manager but to discuss the partial refund. Again, the manager never reached out. Now, three weeks later, I was just charged another $50 with no explanation. This place made me feel like garbage. I felt like I was judged for my age and gender and based on some of these other reviews, my suspicions were probably true.

My appointment with The dermatology specialist, went beyond great & encouraging! The environment was very clean and sterile. EVERY staff I’ve encountered had a welcoming, Altruistic and professional attitude. During your appointment , your comfortably, safety and results are priority. ! The dermatology specialist,will work together to ensure the perfect treatment plan for your skin specifically. Overall Im eager to return to my follow up visit! Recommending everyone I know 😌! Not to mention there are no longs waits , when it’s your appointment time , it’s your appointment time ! Just a plus their uniforms are the cool. You’re in good hands with The dermatology specialist! Dr.LIPOFF is awesome !
