List of The Dermatology Specialists - Roxborough's Reviews
My new patient experience was amazing. Got me in the day I called, no wait time, tablet registration was quick and easy. The front dest receptionist Jayla was so calm and helpful and I can in like amad wo.an with a burning rashy face! I'm back next week with a smile.
It wasn’t smooth at all. It was a little hiccups. I waited for 45 minutes, but when I tell you that dermatologist, Dr. Kliger was at on point and assist my situation, I was very very pleased.
Terrible billing experience. Received a bill that clearly didn’t go through insurance. Apparently they ask for insurance info when scheduling an appointment online, but don’t actually input that info into their system?? Ok, so called billing and gave them my insurance info, they resubmitted. A month later I get another bill for the same amount. Call them up again and they said they got a message from insurance saying I needed a referral, which we had on the appointment date…Ok so now I call IBX and they say they never received a bill from The Dermatology Specialists. Ok..so now I call the dermatologist billing again and have to make sure they have my insurance info correct, which they do. I had to resubmit to them my referral letter and insurance card again to be sent back to their research team. Hopefully they can do their job correctly this time around. On another note, both my kids visited the same day and both had a $50 co-pay. I asked billing if they could check my daughters account and make sure her info was correct since I didn’t receive a bill for her yet and am expecting to have the same issue. They told me they didn’t have any information in their system for her. I am able to get co-pays reimbursed through work but can’t do so without an itemized bill. Such unnecessary headaches. Won’t be going back.
Dr. Lipoff was great, but unfortunately I find it hard to give my business to anywhere so determined to force its clients to interface with AI instead of allowing them to talk to the front desk (there is literally no way to call the office). Trying to get a simple rx pre-approval or even just reschedule an appointment was so frustrating that I'll be going elsewhere. If Dr. Lipoff ever moves to a different office in the area I'd be happy to see him there instead.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
